Design Development
Our designers translate your vision into technical sketches and CAD layouts. We refine silhouettes, seam placements, and branding zones before moving to sampling.
Tech Pack Creation
A complete tech pack is prepared — including measurements, construction details, fabric specs, trim lists, and artwork placement guides for production-ready accuracy.
Sampling
Proto samples are produced for fit, fabric feel, and print quality approval. Revisions are made until the sample meets your exact specifications.
Fabric Sourcing
Approved fabrics are sourced from trusted mills. We conduct incoming fabric inspection for weight, color consistency, shrinkage, and defect rates before cutting.
Pattern Making
Graded patterns are created for all sizes in your range. Digital pattern nesting optimizes fabric utilization and minimizes waste.
Cutting
Precision cutting using automated spreaders and cutters ensures consistent panel sizes across the entire production run. Each bundle is tagged and tracked.
Sewing & Assembly
Skilled operators assemble garments on production lines organized by product type. Inline QC checks occur at critical construction points.
Printing & Embellishment
Screen printing, DTF, sublimation, embroidery, heat transfer, and appliqué are applied in dedicated departments with color-matching protocols.
Finishing & Trimming
Loose threads are trimmed, garments are pressed, and custom woven labels, hang tags, and care labels are applied per your brand guidelines.
Quality Inspection
100% visual inspection and AQL statistical sampling. Defective units are reworked or replaced. A detailed QC report accompanies every shipment.
Packaging
Individual poly-bagging, size stickers, barcodes, and custom-branded packaging. Cartons are labeled with SKU breakdowns for easy inventory receiving.
Dispatch & Logistics
Export documentation, customs clearance support, and freight coordination via air or sea. DDP, FOB, and CIF terms available to your destination.
