Six-Point Quality Control
Every order passes through six dedicated inspection checkpoints — from raw material to packed carton.
Fabric Inspection
Incoming fabric is tested for GSM weight, color consistency against approved lab dips, shrinkage rate, and surface defects using a 4-point inspection system before any cutting begins.
Cutting QC
Cut panels are measured against graded patterns for dimensional accuracy. Bundle tags ensure traceability from fabric lot to finished garment throughout production.
Inline Sewing Check
Floor supervisors conduct inline inspections at critical seams — shoulder attachments, collar construction, zipper installation, and hem finishing — catching issues before bulk assembly.
Print & Embroidery QC
Print registration, color density, embroidery stitch count, and placement accuracy are verified against approved strike-offs. Wash tests confirm durability of all embellishments.
Pre-Pack Inspection
100% visual inspection of finished garments for stitching defects, labeling accuracy, sizing, and overall appearance. AQL 2.5 statistical sampling on bulk orders.
Final Carton Audit
Random carton pulls verify correct SKU mix, packaging integrity, barcode accuracy, and shipping label compliance before dispatch. Photo documentation provided on request.
International Standards, Local Expertise
Quality isn't a final checkpoint — it's embedded in every stage of our manufacturing process. Our QC team operates independently from production, ensuring unbiased inspection and accountability.
We provide detailed inspection reports with defect photography, measurement charts, and pass/fail summaries. Third-party inspection agencies are welcome at any stage of production.
AQL 2.5 / 4.0
Acceptable Quality Level sampling per ISO 2859 standards.
Wash Testing
Colorfastness, shrinkage, and print durability verified.
